1. Why do other records centers charge storage for containers that are temporarily or permanently removed from their warehouse (empty slots)?
Quite frankly, we do not know. At TRLG, we believe our contract customers should only pay storage for containers that are physically in our warehouse. Once a box is removed (temporarily or permanently), storage charges for those containers are suspended.
2. Why can't other companies deliver my containers quickly?
Other records centers can deliver containers to you quickly, but you will be charged "rush" rates, and most likely an outside courier company that knows nothing about your organization will deliver your containers. At TRLG, we offer standard Same Day delivery service
"all the time" at rates other records centers charge for next day service. In addition we will deliver your containers to you utilizing one of our dedicated expert drivers, along with providing you with a printed receipt upon completion of the delivery.
